ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL
Any order from the nicolasbuisson.com website implies the automatic acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These cannot be modified by the customer either by email or by purchase order.

• In the case of payment by credit card, the order is taken into account immediately.
2.2 - Conformity of Items
nicolasbuisson.com agrees to exchange items if, due to an error, they do not correspond to the order. The request must be made and justified within seven working days of delivery. Return costs are refunded for shipments in mainland France, based on supporting documents provided by the customer. Return shipping costs outside mainland France are the responsibility of the customer.

2.3 - Delivery Costs
Packaging, transport, and insurance costs are borne by the customer.

ARTICLE 4 - TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The transfer of ownership to the customer takes place upon receipt of the items at the specified delivery address.
